It was a bit tough to find a technician to take a look at our Wall AC Unit, however, REPARO responded quickly and confirmed that they can. Needed a commercial refrigerator fixed. Booking appt was easy. Told they would show up between 9-11am. Alex showed up at 11:10am. Apologized for the delay and gave me a little discount to make up for the delay. What I liked about Alex was that he seemed honest. ME not knowing anything about fridge could have easily been up charged or told I need to buy a new component etc. but Alex told me to do bare minimum to see if that will fix the issue (and it did!) before going to more expensive options. He also took a look at our other fridge and offered honest opinion about whether it was worth fixing it or not.
