History of our company
About our company
As I embarked on establishing an appliance repair business, I turned to my 5-year-old daughter for advice on choosing a name for the company. My daughter, an avid admirer of the wizarding world of Harry Potter, remarked, "Repairing something is very easy if you're a wizard. You just need to say the spell 'Reparo!' and wave your magic wand. Since you're essentially a wizard, why not name the company Reparo?"

She then handed me her pen, fashioned as a magic wand, suggesting its use for particularly challenging repairs. And so, the company became Reparo Appliance, where we not only rely on our professionalism but also a touch of magic.

It was a bit tough to find a technician to take a look at our Wall AC Unit, however, REPARO responded quickly and confirmed that they can. I quickly was able to set an appointment and they reached out to me to confirm via text… Overall, very pleased, our AC is working better and would definitely call them again for any appliance repair or check up. Affordable too.
The team at Reparo HVAC was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and professional. Our technician, Sergey, though not a native English speaker, demonstrated impressive expertise and efficiency, swiftly repairing our dishwasher circulation pump. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience!
Needed a commercial refrigerator fixed. Booking appt was easy. Told they would show up between 9-11am. Alex showed up at 11:10am. Apologized for the delay and gave me a little discount to make up for the delay. What I liked about Alex was that he seemed honest. ME not knowing anything about fridge could have easily been up charged or told I need to buy a new component etc. but Alex told me to do bare minimum to see if that will fix the issue (and it did!) before going to more expensive options. He also took a look at our other fridge and offered honest opinion about whether it was worth fixing it or not.
